Looking at my charts the only significance to holding the .35 level is the fact that .36 triggers a bullish signal.

Nice wall of over 550,000 shares up at .37 (TD)?

I cannot get a read on this trading activity, sometimes looks like a delibrate cap on upwards momentum, OR simply, there is nothing happening anytime soon so trading/volume are petering out.

Too many variables at work here to accurately predicate anything with any certainty. I will be waiting for July's announcements for further clarification.
