Yes it may look like it today, but I highly doubt it will be so per my previous post.
I have nothing against KWG and wish the company all the luck but they are shooting at their own foot if they only push for rail.
Note the feeble excuses used in 2009 for the blockade. If only rail is approved then there will be more than feeble excuses.
