The conflict between Cliff's' road and KWG's railway alignment was that Cliff was talking about a heavy lift rated haulage road for heavy haul trucks that would have occupied the same space as the rail bed. It was also about Cliff muscling out KWG and taking control of the ROF. The current road/rail discussion is about a service road to support the railway development/maintanance which could coexist.
