Hey Spot......Info you ask for is contained in Management Info Circular Of May 3/16.

Annual Compensation for 8 Directors is 35,000 Dollars in 4 equal quarterly installments.

They are reinbursed for meeting expences.

Directors waived their fourth quarter fees until working capital improves.

Fees are to be reinstated on June 1/2016.
