I do not know Fossil, and only from his writings on this forum, so when you write:

From my limitation he does not have that opinion and never said or implied such.

Also, "Your argument of road or rail is moot."

He does not argue for one OR the other ( reverse - I could say same about you) but states the logical progression that is likely to happen.
Do not twist his words about.

Fossil states his opinions and I'm in agreement with them.
