Page 34 section 22(i) second paragraph. Note that they set aside 3.8 million to indemnify the purchasers of those FT buyers if necessary.

My guess it relates to the expenditures on the rail corridor studies which were pitched as 'exploration' but in reality were engineering studies related to infrastructure investigations that didn't qualify for FT tax credits.

Interesting to see KWG has to refile assessment work on its corridor claims as a result of a reinterpretation of the $13 million of expenditures.
