349 mil is a lot of shares out for a company that hasn't done much in quite a while. But then that would be expected for the payroll in shares and debts to be paid to the sharks... also in shares. Yes NOT is sitting on a fortune of minerals but the dilution will take care of any extravagant sp's to say nothing of the market conditions. Outstanding shares also provide the opportunity for a liquid playing field....in other words manipulation.

I remember when NOT was under 200 mil. Now 349 and counting. Good management? Yep, they took care of their families well. Let's see how they do for you. I haven't had any shares for quite a while. Waiting for the right time. Summer is upon us.
