Where do you come from saying Noront may part with 50% of it's assets with the natives.
Did you say same of your KWG, i.e. 50% of what they have left. I do not remember you saying such of KWG on this forum.
Noront is not in a hurry to mine it's claims, only determined to mine Eagle's Nest first and in no way would it give up anything near 50% of it to anyone ( it is too valuable, per ton of ore at least twice what best chromite is).
As for partner it has at least one waiting for years now in Bao Steel. Only problem is with governments issuing permits and providing basic infrastructures.

Of course you do not want to know that or just chose to ignore. IMHO , just bashing one stock while pumping another.
