Constance Lake new water treatment plant contributions:
Federal government $5,800,000
Community $933,087
Ontario Ministry $820,000
Total $7,553,087
For a community of 800+ members on reserve. That is about $9,000+ per person.

What actions will be taken to prevent more millions being spent to make plant still viable a few years later on.

Repeat about same for the many communities that are on water advisory.

So will that 1.8 billion $s from Federals be enough to fix it all in five years.
