Chinese Bao steel and Wuhan iron and steel group are planning to merge. Nbr 2 and 6 production wise would become the biggest steel maker in China,with a years capacity of 70 mio tonnes. The merger would fit into Chinese gvt. Plans to fight the large inefficiencies in the Chinese steel mkt. Things start to move. Inca.
