Does it occur to you that certain groups are stalling? Think bigger. It's not just a matter of NOT and the ROF. There is also the rest of the country....and then the elephant in the room no one is talking about. What will be in the till for these projects when economies around the globe start getting whacked? Don't you think Justin and other political friends are waiting to see just how bad things get before they commit to funds and debts that resemble a sink hole? Notsters are fixated on what they think should be a simple thing, but it's massively complicated right from getting FN to agree all the way up to the global mayhem which is expected to dwarf 2008. Many commented years ago that 2008 was just the tip of the iceberg. How will the Market Titanic do against the colossus of icebergs in chapter two of the financial debacle? We are now hearing the rumblings and watching gold and silver take off as the markets get ready to plummet again.

We wait to see.....but I don't think it will be long.
