The Convertible Debenture may be converted into common shares of the Company at the option of RCF at a price of $0.34 cents per share (previously $0.45 cents per share) at any time prior to December 31, 2017.

This is a good new, IMAO. Once, there will be an offer on the table for our company RCF can have their extra shares and get a power vote !
