You present SM, a good argument about the claim hold of Noront in the Ring of Fire.

The claims that at this date we know nothing about could, and probably will, be worth much more than all the currently known assets of the Ring.

The fact that we know little now about those claims means next to nothing. They could be the resource

of the 21st century and I do not mean about present chromite. If only our politicians would quit getting things Right and do so Quicker for a change.
