"Aumner.. Why the buzz kill..." so you don't get burned thinking if you jump in at 75 cents the stock will go up to $2 after the announcement. Proceed with caution.

Well, I predicted that NOT could go below .30 this summer but with recent news and price movement it doesn't look like it. Very good volume on NOT today. However, I think the above advice is good. Watch that you don't get played on this. It could keep going up but there would need to be a good reason. Remember, NOT is a couple of years away from meaningful activity. Anticipation previously around Oct./Nov. 2015 and Feb. 2016 should demonstrate.
