HI MD............Despite my great respect for your posting I must tell you that you

are putting your number in wrong space. It clearly states in Fast Facts window

SHARES OUTSTANDING and NOT FD OR Fully Diluted. If you insist in showing FD

numbers (Which I do NOT dispute) then you need to change Fast Facts window

to FULLY DILUTED SHARES. You and I know well that Issued & Outstanding are

shares out in the market. On the other hand 180,000 Options, Warrants,others

may never come to see the light of day. Enough said.
