One thing I can say it sure seems Palmer appears to have a lot of respect for retail shareholders. Remember him walking away from the ROF years ago opting to wait for things get sorted out, that move looks good now. Sometimes I wonder how much Noront has spent on drilling and studies since Blackbird (Thanks for the numbers if anyone keeps track) and if any of that money was well spent as opposed to laying back like Probe, Cliffs property aside. Think Bob Rae said a few months ago talks are passing the half way point I hope he meant since he came aboard not since the discoveries.
