Claiming one thing or the other Is One Thing. Reality is on the other side.

It is human nature to exaggerate to get what one can.

It takes wisdom to recognize the exaggeration and develop a reasonable compromise. The problems arise when we are not aware that we exaggerations and use force to get what we want, or we buy into the demands.
