BUT!!!

Where is the reason for the offering at .10 below market value? Twice now. If shareholders, and I don't mean insider shareholders, see sales below market value at every rise in SP then we will be constantly diluting everyone but the banks out. Thats not the consolidation we want. Selling shares at $1 is better than .10, doesn't management get that. I know that our insiders probably want a low SP but isn't that kind of dilution manipulation against the law. If it isn't, it should be.
