Read.....and you be the judge. From what I can see they seem to be doing fine. It may not be what one would want to stream music videos or movies, and online video gaming may lag a bit, but to do Ring of Fire business I would assume we are talking MS Word files, PDFs and Jpeg images. Possible online discussions. For doing business and talking about Ring of Fire negotiations I think they are doing fine.
