As it has being kept where it is, the improvements going towards infrastructure can no longer be neglected. The acceleration to the very base should be over with tremendous perspective towards the end of 2016 if holistic plan is presented or beginning of 2017 for road/rail announcement. Any of the two will do. The pattern is tensed and I expect a break-out in due course. Such is based on the finalised studies, arrangement of financing, consultation with stakeholders, political critisism for earlier non-performance, the ever so strong investment case, the economics of the entire project and the growing willingness to get it done.
