When NOT hit the news nearly 10 years ago there were those that said that NOT would be systematically slammed to shake the retail out and leave it for those that know how to win the game and have the resources and time in which to affect that end. Well, here we are, with NOT being diluted substantially from the 130-160 million or so shares it had at the time if memory serves me. These shares have been further diluted into the hands of the players. Again, most of the little guys have fallen by the wayside over the years and I think it's been said that the larger entities control most of the shares and therefore most of the wealth when NOT finally goes into production. For those that still have shares and at a good price, there should be some good times ahead.
