I found this little tidbit on page 6 of this power point presentation to be quite interesting:

"FedNor will provide an update on the $750,000

Ring of Fire transportation corridor study."

I wonder if this means that FedNor is just going to say that Matawa is still undecided about the the path the E/W route will follow to the Ring of Fire. OR Perhaps a decision has finally been made by the Chiefs of Ontario and has recently been tabled at this year's OFNEF 2016.
