I entirely agree with Moe Levigne. How can shareholders of NOT stay as almost desperate if you read this board well enough ?, if at the same time the solutions are Not only managable but also right in front of everyone's nose on the table. We can work out a sharing agreement for the usage of the railroad corridor, FN will be able to use the railroad just as well. KWG with the back against the wall has done more for the ROF than the NOT board all together. I miss the sense of urgency if you hear Coutts & co speaking about their venture. Lamé duck mentality. How does this position RCF, Franco Nevada ? In my view it is a done race, the Chinese are here to buy the entire project. Will RCF take 3 CAD a share ? Or can they wait for another decade to slip by. Is RCF the perfectionist the ROF does Not need ? It would be very unwise to go for the big ticket given the complex circumstances. Maybe the case that people do Not want the Chinese to make a killing. But is there a realistic alternative ? Canada messed up big time for this instance. Specifically to wait for the next cycle in commodities, highly depending on the Chinese market itself and less predicatable than get things going and see who will benefit the most in the end. If it is sold to the Chinese then it is their risk. Did Cliffs take the risk, or was it for a short period ? Chinese are in it for the very long-term and want to do business. Nothing wrong with that imho. RCF the big party-pooper ?
