We know some of the problems with governments and the natives.
But Agoracom has a much different and perhaps more difficult problem.
( I am in no way aware of actual problem nor am I connected with Agoracom, just guessing here).
The problem as I suspect is far from only Agoracom's. It is for all means of communication through the internet. As example, gamers who play interactively through the interent are communicating with each other.
That means of communication is being abused by all sorts of criminals and in some countries there has come legislation that providers of such communication must take steps to prevent or at least limit illegal use.
So how is a small institution to do that? Can they afford to implement it?
It takes time and effort besides plain cash.
I say do not blame Agoracom, blame lies elsewhere. Ed.
