If truly commited then should put up or shut up. None of these promises and throwing about pennies to placate criticism and buy more time.

May I repeat - he still thinks the $60 billion is an estimate therefore I read as not documented. He must be reading different documents from us. Actually estimates are to 200 billion $s and guesses ( ex. KWG's Frank ) even more.

I wonder if the natives of Matawa think 60 billion is only an estimate, perhaps even only a guess lol.
