We're on the cusp.Coutts says we would need permits in early 2017 to coinside with the shovels in the dirt 2018 as Wynne proposes and noront proposed mine build commencing in 2018. And the Chinese are to put in there opinion and maybe there money early next year.Trudeau still to put his 2 cents in offering us his position in the coming months and that was months ago....im accumulating on the cheap.....gl....ken
