If you re-read the article I posted you will see the word "private" in many sentences.

Private means ...you do not know who and what was discussed. You are not aware of what exactly was said to move this project forward...but others ..are.

How many times have you seen ROF articles with "soon" and "private" and "in the coming months"...etc.??
