Can you remember how fast noront changed there feasibility study to n/s when they thought cliffs was building a n/s road .They have a n/s feasibility study on the shelf. Cliffs had a n/s plan for the chromite.It won't take much for noront to jump aboard a Chinese rr if that's where it's going....gl....ken
