Where is Rae and Iacobucci?

I thought that Rae and Iacobucci were supposed to mediate the Matawa and Libs into a mutually agreeable solution to get the ring started? Why is Noront now trying desperately at the 11th hour to do this on their own? This dates back to 2013. What have these 2 clowns been doing for the last 4 years? Now I see Rae putting out random tweets and writing articles for the Star while Noront is busy getting the job done with what seems like a new, un-named mediator as written in the latest news release.

These meetings will be facilitated by an experienced and respected mediator with the goal of identifying a mutually agreeable path forward for the Company's current and proposed exploration and development activities.

What am I missing?
