Maybe next time Blackrock meets with Trudeau, they can tell him how pleased they would be for North American Stainless whose parent company is Acerinox S.A., ....to be getting ROF chromite down the road..

Coutts does mention that to start...ferrochrome would be shipped to a North Eastern USA Stainless steel company..

After all, Blackrock is a shareholder at Acerinox..
