Looking like the beginnings of a breakout....been a while since we even hit this level....and volume is decent as well.

A while back KWG stopped talking to our governments and began to deal directly with another government...the Chinese

It looks like Noront is now following suit.....perhaps together with KWG....with the Chinese...perhaps even as a consolidated effort. One of the last podcasts by Frank suggests they are open to those types of discussion.

Or perhaps...with great plans for infrastructure spending in the US....and the need for steel making ingredients.....perhaps some direct discussions there....in return for moving some of the processing out of Canada

Or both

Regardless; if this is the case, there will be a cost to Ontario, and Canada as a whole, for not getting behind this project 100%.
