Maybe Al could convince Webique to just start blazing a winter trail, and run everything in and out by skidoo.  Except that global warming would make that difficult.

Remember that Johnny Cash song, "One Piece At A Time" - imagine bring in the dump trucks and everything else piecemeal, and then welding it all together on-site!
