Theories as to why SP is at .25 for an extended period of time

I would like to hear from the shareholders on this forum as to why you think our sp has been level at .25 for this extended period of time.

And, is it equally important that the sp has not wandered a whole lot below .235.

Any theory is appreciated, conspiracy or intentional or just market forces.
