Don't you find it interesting and scary that he had to put in the line "we have to take the time to get it right...."

They have used this line for years and it appears to be the "go to" line for any provincial representative involved in the ROF.

If the Ring never takes off because of the delays I imagine they will say "its good we took the time and did not invest in this losing proposition".
