Spot - Im with you however based on my PDAC experience / discussions - (my own opinion )  I think 1st Nations are driving the bus right now .... I think certain wants / needs  (don't know what they are - possibly housing, clean water etc.) will have to be met by federal / provincial Gov'ts before 1st nations will sign off on any deal to allow any road to be built through their traditional territory ... suspect that it will take sign-off by all 9 Mattawa communities ...that is probably keeping our share price down as we know there is a ton of potential value ($50Billion,$60 billion) in that resource and Noront has most of it ...once we have firm confirmation that the road will be built I suspect the price will rise significantly ..who knows how long that will take ..
