It's all significant to the ROF.
I've been looking at the Rof development corp which as started up in 2014.

Do you remember the interim members that were put in this position? (found in link below).

I noticed this change recently made to this board. I don't recall seeing any official news release put out.
This change is Dated: March 7, 2017
You'll see one person gone from the original interim board and you'll see 3 new names added.

Here is one of the new names added:
Shawn Batise is the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) of the Negotiations and Reconciliation Division for the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation. As the recently appointed ADM, he leads the ministry’s efforts on land claims, Aboriginal and treaty rights and land-related issues.
Prior to this, Shawn was the Executive Director of the Wabun Tribal Council in Timmins, Ontario for the past 25 years. During his time there Shawn was the lead negotiator on Impact and Benefit Agreement (IBA), land claim, and other negotiations.
Shawn holds a B.A. (Hon) from Ryerson in Public Administration and Governance. He was nominated for the Premier’s Award for Outstanding College Graduate in 2012 for his educational background at Northern College – Haileybury School of Mines and work in the communities he represented during his time at the Wabun Tribal Council."
When I go back to the original link from 2014 it states:
"As participation in the corporation evolves, the Board of Directors will be broadened to include membership from First Nations and industry partners. In its mature state, the corporation will be in a position to advise on crucial infrastructure investment decisions, including how to best utilize Ontario's $1 billion dollar commitment to Ring of Fire infrastructure."
With the new members in the Rof Dev corp added in during March 7, 2017...I can see a FN representative...but no industry partners ....yet...
