Yes, the USA coal industry suffered with the imposed...regulations...

Lots of bankruptcies...Arch Coal, Alpha Natural, Peabody, Walter Energy..

The name of VIRGINIA Legacy fund has subsidiaries...Several of them.

ERP compliant fuels, Seminole coal....amongst others. ..

That's at least what you saw when their site had ....real information...

Now you go onto the site and you'll get this message:

Tom and Partners are so lucky the attitude  in the USA gov't is starting to change...towards coal and iron ore and stuff..because of folks like Trump.

Companies like Southern Coal Company…for Instance…

Notice the law suit by Essar Algoma Launched one month ago against Southern Coal??

And now ..Tom Clarke and PARTNERS want to buy Essar Algoma with the union’s blessings…
