My 2 cents, I agree there is endless efforts towards sparking the ROF. The outcome is communication by all:) I've lived in ontario and had seen this as one of the biggest mining resource however keeping things less complicated, we need to settle the required transportation to be built before the smart money is more comfortable. If i could wish upon a star, the ROF is resolving it's life's difference and clear direction is being finalized in the coming months ahead.
