Now Ringer, I don't think I have EVER heard you say to 'load up' on this board before. Coming from one of the premier information supplyers on this forum, that may be some sound advice to take, in My humble opinion.

I do think that there may be some cause for hope now that I have not seen in a very long time. It appears that everything is starting to fall into place. Will it be in the next month, 3 months or a year??? I wouldn't want to speculate. I have been speculating for about 6 of the last 11 years. I sure hope you are correct and that this ship will finally leave the berth where it has been constructed!!
