My feeling is: the longer this consolidation is going on, the better it looks

Maybe, while nothing else is happening and I was feeling unsure while typing: 

What is it Vermeer should have said:

a) The longer the consoldiation goes on, the better it looks

b) The longer the consolidation is going on, the better it looks

c) The longer the consoldiation is going on, the better things are looking

d) The longer the consolidation goes on, the better things are looking.

Because this is the kind of thing nobody can explain to you ;)
