I am not able to post my charts, but if you have a look at one (preferably a week time frame) you will see the stock closed at .32 cents on May 25th.

It opened on the 26th at .34 creating a 'gap' in the chart. On the 26th it traded down to .33 so there is still a penny between .32 and .33 that in TA theory should be filled to complete a formation.

It is a technical theory that historically has proven all gaps up (or down) will eventually be filled.
