Ed, we can ask Noronts IR to clarify the consequences of that deal; given that Noront is a major shareholder of KWG (and that we are major shareholder of Noront ;-)

I think it means FN get 50% of KWG's share of the project, which is 30%. And as I understand it, this ensures the construction of the railway as such (also serving Noront's 70% stake). So how much did they give away, in the end?
