Funny people, "bold", says it all. They also could have said: "properties are near that road which is still missing".

 

And re: "weeks not months": Unfortunately, this government has a history of bluffing wrt things they'll do. This comes to mind again. Did you notice that the previous uptrend in the NOT chart is practically *gone* now?
