Unfortunately SPEX has nothing to do with the resource world. It's a software patent troll.

However - nice pop to $4.2 again (+120% intraday) .. it either will be attacked from shorts soon ... or will do another short squeeze of epic proportions.

Careful though .. as I see it as a tradeable not investable stock (though I have made very profitable trades off of it 2-3yrs ago).
