Commitment without followed up action in reasonable time is not a commitment but just plain hot air for the gullible public. 'Commitment' is a carrot held before our eyes to lead us where wanted to be led instead of where we want to go.

Until the day that we ( the people being represented), become conscious of the difference and act on that fact we will always be had by the politicians.
