I am not sure what you mean by that plus sign. Does that mean open to sky high? Then why not just say 3$+ or more?

With decent news which I and probably all here expect then even the 3$s is very likely conservative and a dollar would just vanish is scorching smoke.

I presume you remember Crazydick and his 20$ wake up call.

On the flip side, with no news even our present price would be in jeopardy.

Hence You must get an idea of my not understanding the dollar and hope for that small but very significant +.
