If it is to be a road announcement then it would not be just by Wynne but also with Trudeau (or at least a federal minister) in attendence.
Some of you forget that Ontario wants/needs federal cash to help with the road construction. No federal bureaucrat would hand over cash without the feds getting credit for it. It is just how politicians work.

At best I think it is likely that the four native communities finally finishing E-W road study, being completed and decided. Ed
