For me this is all starting to come into focus. I got a little concerned, when noront said that they were puting off the decission about the location of the crome furnace, till later than by the end of summer. For me i thought that things were not going well behind the curtian. Now with this new info, looks like noront put the smelter decision on the back burnner,  the road announcement was near . Noront now, would have to prepare for this news release and get there news releases in order for advancement of the egeales nest project, hence putting all other less important work on the back burnner.It just goes to show that, to understand what is happenning behind the scenes, you really have to go through all the senarios in your head to get a proper picture.
