Not sure if it's just me thinking it seems that the CTV north posting was due to some kind of unauthorized leak to the press?  From 'sources' with no confirmation.

I have been searching for another source that speaks to this announcement.  Can't find any mention anywhere...even the local thunder bay rags.

The ctv article went online about 1pm.  It took until after 3pm for Babjak1 to post it for us.  In my thinking the market had little time to react as few saw it in time?

Monday will be very interesting...will they need to halt all ROF stocks?  It seems Wynne's surprise announcement is no longer a surprise?
