I interpret the straight line as the detailed path has not been decided just now.

I think the announcement that we had it was about agreement between the three communities and Ontarion government.

The straigh line portion is probably more a subject between companies of the Ring and Ontario government.

Finally I expect that the route portion that Noront proposed would be used so it would not be directly from Webequie but from a few kilometers south of them.
